Release notes freestyler v6.3003.16

This was a release mainly focussed on proper managing of the websites main domainname in freestyler. In relation to this some html cache releasing additions were made.

Release summary

Added:
Releasing of cache for the target documents of internal crosslinks (when used as referral).

Added:
Support for Loading on scrolling on database content.

Added:
Option for `quicker` re-generating of missing cache. Without unnecessarry releasing
of all existing cache.

Added:
Checks on main domain. The value on website config does not require /site/ anymore.
Checks on the main domainname are done in:
- the canonical generator
- the sitemap generator
- the cache generator.

Added:
Database root html suffix and html prefix items. Thes items are present on `addon` tab of dbroot html/template. They can be used in different cases i.e. for loading on scrolling.
