Release notes freestyler v6.2907.13

This was a release focussed on bringing the (elder) webcockpit nsf up to date with the powerful fs3 architecture standards.
But also some small wishes, issues and additions are implemented.

New CKEditor 412.

Added:
New Webcockpit, with the same freestyler architecture standards as the fs3 data manager.

Added:
New file manager for (fck) files/images, with translations from language db.

Bugfix:
Submenu not generated for mainmenu type Folder.

Bugfix:
Now sorting Labels by labelID instead docTitle, in the admin interface.
