Release notes freestyler v6.2706.13

A relative small release mainly focussed on controlling the html header (lines) of the sourcecode.

Release summary

Added:
Several ContentType items on the website and maintemplate level to manipulate the "head section" of the html page. Like the DTD and namespace (before the head tag), the HTML content type (for the first line after the head tag), the Body tag attributes, and extra HTML in the header

Changed:
Xmlsitemap selection. Removed memo's, added databases+labels.

Changed:
Max nr of form Questions to 99.

Changed:
Robots metatag, removed ALL property.
