Release notes freestyler v6.2202.16

This was the freestyler html-cache pool release making it possible to manage the websites html cache and serve (the DOM of) complex html pages, to online users, from cache, within 100 ms. Also under high pageloads of hundreds of requests per second.

Release summary

Added:
Caching mechanism. For better online performance and less server load due to websites with high user peaks. Caching can be activated on the main fs3 settings.

Added:
To backend processing, a cache release on save mechanism, with support for releasing cache of parent docs, database docs, homepage(s), referrals, specialpages, labels and banners. Cache is now also released in processes like publishing, archiving, deleting and inline editing.

Added:
SSL support in the html filter/ajax libraries.

Added:
Agent `mergeFS3Data`. It can be used to query multiple fields/data from multiple docs at once, with Ajax/javascript, to build custom html fragments.

Bugfix:
Hierarchy field on subdoc gives a `maximum allowed` error if more then 3200 categories are present in the backend.

Changed:
XML sitemap. It now generates url(s) with (canonical) main domain name as entered on website config.
