Release summary

Added:
Analytics-label input field visible again when adding a new external crosslink.

Bugfix:
For inline editing that resets newly entered content when using the mouse while (inline)editing. This applies to:
gallery, attachments, crosslinks, banners, sorting of menuitems and sorting of (form)questions.

Bugfix:
Crosslinks to permanently deleted internal docs are shown as empty rows in the backend.

Bugfix:
Banners sort id not inline editable in case only a single banner is attached.

Bugfix:
Banner picklists empty in case banner db contains more than a few hundred banners of the same type.

Bugfix:
Pending banners not selectable (for future publishing).
