Release notes freestyler v6.1804.18
This was the second freestyler release for GDPR (AVG) legislation.
A global (customer transcending) freestyler module is now available to build custom html that can be loaded in every freestyler instance out there.
Release summary
Global html support
Makes it possible to build/merge content from centralized html.
This will now first be used for loading and merging GDPR legislation content but the release will also be useful for custom development topics.
Load a html by filling in it`s name on the seo Tab of a document, or on the Html extras Tab of a main html template. For example:
- add "gdpr" on the seo Tab to load the global GDPR html
- add [merge_gdpr] somewhere in the page (i.e. page, sidekick )
The custom html are maintained from the central freestyler language translation database.
Custom @formulas used/written in the global html are evaluated against the current document (html page) that is being requested.
