Release notes freestyler v6.1711.17

This was a small mailroom release mainly as a bugfix for an issue in the MS outlook 365 webmail client.
The email headers of outgoing emails were adjusted. They reply and from display names are now enclosed in double quotes.

The mailroom now encloses the sender and replyto display names in double quotes.

The display name now also contains the entire email address (in quotes) instead of the former trimmed version (with dots and @ being replaced by a space).

This is a bugfix for the MS 365 Outlook webmail client. But in general it reduces the opportunity that email messages end up in the receivers unwanted mail or spam folder.
