Release notes freestyler v6.1601.23

This was a small release for supporting online searching for documents of `docType=file`.
Added `docType=file` to all searchview selections.

- Scriptcode banners
- Topmenu banners.

Now add new bannertypes through the language config database. So no coding required anymore for introducing a new bannertype.
