Release notes freestyler v6.1601.15

This release was mainly focussed on empowering the freestyler form builder. It now supports the generation of rediculous large forms and inbetween data storage while filling in online forms.

Release summary

Added:
New forms technique. All forms can now be generated with a new agent/ajax technique. Advantages are:
- support for very large forms
- autosaving of data in the mailroom during the filling proces of the form
It must be enabled on fs3 config and should be activated in consultation with the development team.

Bugfix:
A crosslink pagination count parameter is always 10. Now follows the db/label/doc pagination setting.
