This was a release for publishing a clearly visible maintenance notification.

Release summary

Replication Stop Notifier:
Added an automatic replication stop detection mechanism to notify users and technicians about the presence of replication stop(s) in the current project directory.

This fullfills the wish of both users as technicians about being notified (through the CMS interface) as soon as a Domino website project has a replication stop (and therefore probably is in maintenance).
