Release notes freestyler v6.1002.21

This was a release for a new csv download (i.e. a quick datadump).

Release summary

Freestyler csv dump:
Added admin csv view `adminViewDocuments.csv` for direct downloading of a csv export file with very useful data (like ntf and seo info).
The download can be done from the main config.

Mailroom yearpicker fix:
The yearpicker (on export/search) was limited to 2020.
The range will now auto adjust.

Webcockpit:
Several html syntax fixes on left column of webcockpit.
And added js variable `navSiteselected` for tracking the last open subsite.
