Release notes freestyler v6.0908.19

This was a small inbetween release to enlarge the year-range of freestyler datepickers.

Release summary

Year picker fix:
The year picker (on documents) was limited to 2020.
The range will now automaticly increase each year to be able to publish or archive documents in the (far) future.
