Release notes freestyler v6.0711.19

This was a release to support reseller customisation of the freestyler (webcockpit) introduction page.

Release summary

Webcockpit About:
Now supports an about text based on resellercode.
The about text is retrieved from the language database.

Webcockpit Colors:
Replaced cockpit purple (#8a6da0) by new dark purple (#3B3363).

Webcockpit Menu:
Now hides blank table row when no custom logo or text was uploaded.
In case of a logo it is now scaled and positioned automatically.
Also removed unnecessary breaks / whitespace at the bottom of the webcockpit.
