Release summary

Export bugfix:
In case of zero export results the export document was saved with the technical signer ID instead of the correct username of the logged on user.

Html dbroot bugfix:
A small piece of dbroot code moved to a separate subroutine with it`s own errorhandling. To avoid `no results` output in case of presence of corrupt documents.

Design (header)images fix:
The html img attribute(s) of the 3 fixed design images changed, to avoid pagespeed notifications.
A html attribute field was added to the admin interface, to allow the content manager to adjust the html image tag attributes.

Url attack(s) protection:
Added a main errorhandler, to the html builder agent, to avoid suspected server crash triggers.
Also adjusted the freestyler caching mechanism to ignore known attack parameters.
