Release summary

Added a new spamchecker:
That exchanges dynamic info with the mailroom to prevent illegal submittal of spidered forms.

Extended the online spam-abuse messages:
The messages are made more specific and the message-content is now being read from a language translations database. 

Changed the html upload logic:
Added a loader (icon) to notify that files are being uploaded.
Code was re-written to avoid multiple form submits when a users use the browsers back button (on the confirmation page).

Added mergecommands:
- [strresponder-checkupload]
- [strresponder-techfields]
To simplify form implementation and offer more control on future releases. 

Changed the mailroom export:
The option 'datadump' is now the default export type.
And exports are now being created with the proper username.
