Release notes freestyler v7.251125

With this release we are bringing Workflow(s) back to Domino!
We have added the 1st navigation elements for workflow support.
I.e. a GRID with lowcode LUA blocks for easy workflow (API) process management.

Backend workflow(s):

- Added the 1st navigation elements for workflow support.
I.e. a GRID with lowcode LUA blocks for easy workflow API process management.

Mailroom Excel:

- Excel exports now generated without OLE (now uses Java PoiXLSX).

Websites online:

- Head section contains a meta-tag with xml sitemap link (for AI Bing).

- A single forward slash is now accepted as a valid `relative` token in fields for urls/links, and will now lead to the website`s homepage.

- Added manual html-attributes for headerimages queue, i.e. for adding proper alt tags (WCAG guidelines).

- Added errorhandling on all custom commands in all modules, so incorrect @formula won`t break html anymore.
