mail:send(from: string, subject: string) --nil Sends the email.
At least one recipient must be specified using {{mail/mail:addCopyTo}}, {{mail/mail:addBlindCopyTo}}, or {{mail/mail:addSendTo}}.
The "from" address can include a display name by prefixing the email address with the name and enclosing the address in angle brackets.

The optional second parameter specifies the Content-Type of the message. The default is text/html. Only UTF-8 character encoding is supported.
