Release notes freestyler v6.0508.16

This was a release with several small additions and bugfixes mainly focussed on the new html caching (and https) solution that was implemented in 2016.

Release summary

Changed:
Css/js/header img paths. Paths are now relative to avoid protocol issues with https or caching of unwanted domains.

Added:
A new banner type, the video banner.

Added:
A labelpage now default follows the List/Thumb value on the db settings.

Added:
Html cache on save. When activated, html cache will always be up to date (at save).

Added:
Comment `realtime` or `cached` to html source code.

Added:
Auto cache releasing at night for a random sorted db.

Added:
Servername to usage section of the webcockpit.

Added:
A new crumb merge command that uses the `home` text of the crumb html.

Bugfix:
The specialpage all link, generates a js void(0), when linked to a labelpage.

Bugfix:
Html caching proces also stores concept, trash, pending and secured content.

Bugfix:
When moving docs to another parent or db, cache for the `former` parent is not released.
