- The start/endid, is in general just used for sorting this value in this TextList item 
- The start/endparam, contains the name of the html field that was posted to us. We call it a parametername. 
- The start/endemail, contains the emailaddress as identified by the system. 
- The start/endunid, contains the documentuniqueid of the original (form)question that was used to build this html post field. 
- The start/endtype, contains the email address response type as identified by the system. We know "emlreplyto" "emlforwardto".
